FMTH 525 - Research in Marriage and Family Therapy

Engages the role of research in professional practice and the scientist-practitioner model. Develops skills needed to be informed consumers of MFT research by examing basic research processes and practices. Focuses on clinical application of research to evaluate treatment outcomes. Promotes integration of research and practice by examining selected evidence-based treatment approaches and common factors in MFT models.
