ECON 411 - Advanced Microeconomic Topics 3 credit hours Prerequisites: ECON 211 In this class students will explore Microeconomics topics beyond the lever of Principles of Microeconomics and with a focus on “real world” economics. Topics may include labor and capital market changes within the USA; innovations in technology and production; impact of regulation and taxes on market outcomes; measuring and interpreting elasticities; entrepreneurship and innovation; Game Theoretical Models; capturing cost of pollution or the benefits of education within economic analysis.
