CIS 405 - Fundamentals of Business Intelligence

This course provides a foundation in the field of business intelligence in three areas:  operational, tactical, and strategic levels.  Course content includes:  value chain, customer service management, business process analysis and design, and other topics relevant to the field of business intelligence.
