HRMT 355 - Recruitment Assessment and Selection Credit Hours: 3 Prerequisites: Junior standing or consent of instructor This course focuses on the challenges of selection practices; external and internal recruitment as well as human resource planning; job analysis; and selection techniques, including testing and interviewing. Also includes analysis of validation of selection techniques.
